Dengan menggunakan AyClip, Anda menyetujui ketentuan berikut. Jika Anda tidak setuju, mohon jangan menggunakan layanan ini.

1. Deskripsi Layanan

AyClip adalah alat yang mengubah video YouTube menjadi clip vertikal pendek dengan subtitle, menggunakan transkripsi dan analisis AI. Layanan dapat berubah atau dihentikan sewaktu-waktu.

2. Akun

• Anda bertanggung jawab menjaga kerahasiaan kredensial akun Anda.
• Anda bertanggung jawab atas semua aktivitas yang terjadi di akun Anda.
• Akun yang melanggar ketentuan dapat di-suspend atau dihapus.

3. Konten & Hak Cipta

Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas video yang Anda proses. Anda menyatakan memiliki hak atau izin yang sah untuk mengunduh, memproses, dan menggunakan konten tersebut. AyClip tidak bertanggung jawab atas pelanggaran hak cipta oleh pengguna.

4. Kunci API & Biaya Pihak Ketiga

Jika Anda menggunakan kunci API sendiri (Claude, OpenAI, dsb.), Anda bertanggung jawab atas biaya dan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan penyedia tersebut. Anda juga tunduk pada ketentuan platform tujuan unggah (mis. YouTube, TikTok).

5. Penggunaan yang Dilarang

• Menggunakan layanan untuk konten ilegal atau melanggar hak pihak lain.
• Menyalahgunakan, meretas, atau membebani infrastruktur layanan.
• Memproses konten yang Anda tidak punya hak atasnya.

6. Tanpa Garansi

Layanan disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" tanpa garansi apa pun. Kami tidak menjamin layanan bebas error, akurasi analisis AI, atau ketersediaan tanpa gangguan.

7. Batasan Tanggung Jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum, AyClip tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial yang timbul dari penggunaan layanan.

8. Perubahan Ketentuan

Kami dapat memperbarui ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu. Penggunaan berkelanjutan setelah perubahan berarti Anda menerima ketentuan yang diperbarui.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted.

3. Content & Copyright

You are solely responsible for the videos you process. You represent that you have the lawful rights or permission to download, process, and use that content. AyClip is not liable for copyright infringement by users.

4. API Keys & Third-Party Costs

If you use your own API keys (Claude, OpenAI, etc.), you are responsible for the costs and compliance with those providers' terms. You are also subject to the terms of the destination upload platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok).

5. Prohibited Use

• Using the service for illegal content or to infringe others' rights.
• Abusing, hacking, or overloading the service infrastructure.
• Processing content you do not have the rights to.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the service is error-free, the accuracy of AI analysis, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AyClip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
